Again, I don’t understand why didn’t the receptionist give the guard our car model and plate number beforehand so that when we arrived, we will be assisted right away. She told me another staff will assist us with the parking. You can’t just park here.” When I talked to the same receptionist, she went outside, talked to the guard. He rudely said in Tagalog “Talk to the staff in the hotel first. I told them that we’re guests of the hotel. When our car arrived, the security guard of the parking lot stopped us. What I didn’t understand is why didn’t they reserve a parking space already for us. When I arrived, the receptionist told me they need to find a parking space for our car. The hotel is walking distance to Greenhills Mall. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Toiletries are also available like soaps, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, and toilet papers. It has bathtub, hand-held shower, and rain shower both with hot & cold. It has two televisions with cable, and two split-type aircon. The room has a cooler for your drinks, microwave, and iron. I think 4 people will still fit comfortably. It’s not that spacious but it wasn’t cramped.
Here are my thoughts: WHAT I LIKED THE MOST: 1. "Actually, my rate is 3.5 out of 5 stars. Thank You!" "This is our first time in this hotel and were very satisfied in everything thank you soo much! We're still extending more days ?" View Deals but the service was so nice, special mention to Ella. We also encountered a wrong room/bed configuration but it was corrected but we waited for like 30mins to an hour. " "The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay, but not for a long staying since the aircon is not functioning well. It was a so-so for me but price-wise, you can check this hotel out. Was not able to use the pool as the water seemed not clean enough for me. The breakfast is also ok, but a little pricey. I have a bathtub in my room, and had a problem with the drain, it was stuck as well and I tried raising it with the FD and said that they would inform the housekeeping but no one came to check. What I didn't like was my experience with their shower, the water was too hot or too cold, tried readjusting the knob but it's stuck so I can only pick either. They even accepted my bags for keeping after checking out since I had to go to the mall nearby. I also did not have any problems checking in since the staff from the FD was accommodating and responsive with the requests as well. All necessities are also complete (sink, small refrigerator, bottled water, guest amenity kits, bathrobes, towels, kettle). SJU covers 1,600 acres (647 ha) of land."The room was spacious enough (tho it kind of looked old) and was able to book it on a good price. The airport serves as a gateway to the Caribbean islands. Taxis and rental cars can transport travelers to and from the airport. SJU is the second international airport to be privatized in the United States or its territories, and, as of 2013, is the only currently privatized airport in the nation. The airport is owned by the Puerto Rico Ports Authority and managed by Aerostar Airport Holdings, a public–private partnership which was awarded a lease by the government of Puerto Rico to operate and manage the airport for 40 years beginning in 2013. Over 4 million passengers board a plane at the airport per year according to the Federal Aviation Administration. It is the busiest airport in the Caribbean region by passenger traffic. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (undefined, Or Isla Verde International Airport/Aeropuerto Internacional de Isla Verde) is a joint civil-military international airport named for Puerto Rico's first democratically elected governor and located in suburban Carolina, Puerto Rico, 3 mi southeast of San Juan.
